studio otto félix has organized the 250 sqm minimalist residence with a large living room and fireplace at its center, where plenty of natural light enters through the slated plaster ceiling and walls, creating a play of light and shadow. the kitchen and dining room are located on one end of the open-plan space, complete with a faceted roman travertine counter and a brown granite dining table with brass legs. further in, a master suite with a large suede-clad closet is situated right next to one of the house’s main attractions, the travertine bathroom which seems to emerge organically from the floor, while it is complete with a large round mirror, that can also be seen from the bedroom.  responsible for the landscaping, Daniel Nunes has created a tropical walkway towards the residence, complete with a garden full of various types of greenery.
